【Uses of Nuomi vine】
Due to the slightly bitter taste of the Nuomi vine, it is not as popular as ferns, mud loaches, and other dishes. Even in rural areas, it is rare for people to pick Nuomi vine for consumption. However, when I was young, I often picked Nuomi vine to feed pigs.
Talking about pork that often eats this wild vegetable, the taste is much better than that of commercial pigs nowadays. The meat of pigs that eat wild vegetables has a fresh and fragrant taste when cooked.
It is worth mentioning that although rural people often say "medicine is three parts poison," the Nuomi vine is not included in this category. In addition, Nuomi vine can also be used as a topical medicine for injuries and fractures.
There is no need to worry about poisoning from eating too much Nuomi vine, but it is possible to feel weak. This is due to individual constitution. For example, people with weak kidneys and cold bodies may feel weak after eating too much Nuomi vine.
Nuomi vine is a commonly used folk herb. Yunnan Yi medicine often uses its fresh roots to treat ulcers and mastitis. Because of its good effect in treating sores, it is called "small detoxification powder" and "small iron hoop".

【Identification of Nuomi vine】
Nuomi vine has the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying, invigorating the spleen, and stopping bleeding. It is mainly used to treat sores, abscesses, scrofula, dysentery, women's leukorrhea, infantile malnutrition, vomiting blood, and external bleeding.
The root of Nuomi vine is very similar to ginseng, so it is very moist. As long as its roots are not damaged, the vitality of this grass is quite strong.
Nuomi vine is widely distributed in southern China and often grows on embankments, field embankments, roadsides, hillsides, and wet ditches. Its growth environment is not picky, as long as it is in a damp place.
The stems and leaves of Nuomi vine are tender and all green. However, if it grows in a relatively dry place, the leaves of Nuomi vine are darker green, and its stems are purple-red. This may be because it absorbs more ultraviolet light, but their medicinal effects are the same.
【Cultivation techniques of Nuomi vine】
Nuomi vine grows in humid places under valley forests and at the foot of mountains. It is widely distributed in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Hunan, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangdong, Guangxi, and other places. It is produced in Sichuan, Guizhou, Zhejiang, and other places.

When the seedlings are 7-10cm tall, thin out the seedlings and fill in any gaps. Each hole should have 4-5 seedlings. Remove weeds and apply fertilizer once.
