Three Traditional Chinese Medicinal Diets for Anti-Aging
1. Lingzhi Mushroom Quail Egg Soup
Ingredients: 12 quail eggs, 60g lingzhi mushrooms, 12 red dates.
Instructions: Wash the lingzhi mushrooms and cut them into small pieces; wash the red dates and remove the pits; cook the quail eggs and remove the shells.

Instructions: First, roast the sesame seeds until slightly fragrant. Then grind all the above ingredients into a paste-like consistency. Use a cheesecloth to filter the juice, and boil the rock sugar with water.
Then pour the syrup into the paste, mix well, and add goji berries and fruit. Simmer over low heat until boiling.
Eating method: Cool down before consumption, eat 100g in the morning and evening.

3. Rehmannia Anti-Wrinkle Porridge
