  Stir-fried Deer Horn Mushroom with Shredded Pork

  Ingredients:

  Deer Horn Mushroom, black fungus, pork, organic soy sauce, salt, sugar, green onion, ginger, garlic

  Instructions:

  1. Remove the roots of the mushrooms and wash them thoroughly.

  2. Prepare the ingredients: Cut the pork into thin strips and soak the black fungus in advance.

  3. Prepare the green onions and ginger slices.

  4. Heat the oil in a wok, stir-fry the Sichuan peppercorns, green onions, and ginger.

  5. Add the pork and stir-fry.
