Tips for choosing dragon eye meat: The lighter the color, the better the quality. If there are white spots on the surface of the fruit, it is likely to be moldy. The smell should be fresh, not like rotten eggs. When gently scraping the fruit shell with your fingernails, if a light green inner skin is exposed, it is fresh; otherwise, it is not fresh. When peeling the fruit, the flesh should be thick and soft, and transparent or semi-transparent, indicating that it is delicious. Store it in a cardboard box in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place; or put it in a sealed bag and refrigerate it in the refrigerator.
