Having hemorrhoids is not only uncomfortable, but also embarrassing. Imagine how awkward it is to be in public and constantly itching because of hemorrhoids. Below, I will teach you a few dietary therapies to solve this embarrassment. You can try them to see if they are effective!
1. Sichuan Pepper
Take about a dozen Sichuan peppers and a teaspoon of salt, dissolve them in boiling water, sit on a basin, and use the steam to wash the affected area. Do this once a day for about 10 minutes each time. For severe cases, you can do it twice a day, in the morning and evening. It has the effect of reducing swelling and pain.
2. Walnut Leaves
Put 100 grams of fresh walnut leaves in a ceramic pot, add 100 milliliters of water, seal the pot with paper, and boil it for 20 minutes. Place the pot in a bucket, tear off the paper seal on the pot, and immediately sit on the bucket, using the steam to fumigate the affected area for 30 minutes. Then pour the liquid with sediment into a basin, wait for the water temperature to cool to around 50℃, and sit in a bath for 30 minutes. Use the sediment to wash the affected area. Do this three times a day for 5 consecutive days.
3. Figs
Take 2 figs and a bunch of fig leaves. Wash the figs and cook them (or eat them raw on an empty stomach) twice a day. At the same time, boil the fig leaves with water at night, wash with the liquid, and then sit in a bath once a day.
4. Glutinous Rice
Prepare bananas, various vegetables, and glutinous rice. Peel and mash the bananas, and cut the green vegetables into thin shreds. Cook the glutinous rice with an appropriate amount of water to make porridge. When it is cooked, add the mashed bananas and vegetable shreds. After boiling, add a suitable amount of salt. Take it every morning for good results.
5. Tallow Tree Fruit
Prepare tallow tree fruit and borneol. Remove the shell of the tallow tree fruit and keep the flesh. Add a small amount of water and grind it into a smooth liquid. Mix it with borneol and stir well. Then apply it to the affected area using cotton swabs, once in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
6. Egg Yolk
Take two red-skinned eggs (preferably eggs from free-range chickens) and cook them. Eat the egg whites and crush the egg yolks. Roast the crushed egg yolks in a dry pan until they turn into black oil. Store the black oil in a clean small bottle. When hemorrhoids occur, use a cotton swab to apply the egg yolk oil to the anus three times a day, until the oil is used up. Generally, hemorrhoids can be cured with two egg yolks, and for severe cases, four egg yolks are needed.
7. Cassia Seed
Take 30 grams of cassia seed, stir-fry it until moderate, crush it, and brew it with boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Drink it as a substitute for tea. Cassia seed is the mature seed of the legume plant Cassia, also known as cassia seed. It has the functions of clearing the liver, brightening the eyes, and lubricating the intestines. Pharmacological experiments have shown that it contains ingredients such as rhein, emodin, and aloe-emodin, which can lower blood pressure, have antibacterial effects, and promote bowel movements.
8. Pig Blood
Take 300 grams of spinach, 25 grams of ginger, 100 grams of pig blood, 15 milliliters of soy sauce, 3 milliliters of sesame oil, 2 grams of salt, and a little vinegar, monosodium glutamate, and peppercorn oil. Wash the spinach with the roots and cut into about 5 centimeter long pieces. Blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes, then remove and drain the water. Mix with the pig blood after the pig blood is washed and sliced and sautéed in hot oil. After the spinach and pig blood cool down, add ginger juice and other seasonings. Serve as a side dish. It nourishes blood, lowers blood pressure, promotes bowel movements, and detoxifies. It is suitable for constipation, hemorrhoids, and hypertension.
These foods have the effect of lubricating the intestines and promoting bowel movements, and are often used to treat various anorectal diseases. Of course, to treat hemorrhoids quickly, it is also important to engage in regular physical exercises.
