Clinical manifestations of weak-tempered iron-deficiency anemia:

 Pale or yellowish complexion, fatigue, reduced appetite, bloating or fullness in the epigastric region, accompanied by gum bleeding, heavy menstrual flow, pale tongue, thin white coating, weak pulse.


【Chicken Blood Vine Cooked with Eggs】

Ingredients: 60g chicken blood vine, 2 eggs.

Method: Wash the chicken blood vine and put it in the pot with the eggs. Add 300ml of water. After the eggs are cooked, remove the shells and fry for another 10 minutes.
