Ingredients: 5g Dangshen, 10 jujubes, 100g glutinous rice, sugar to taste.
Instructions: Wash and slice the Dangshen. Wash the jujubes. Put both in a bowl and soak in water with sugar for about 30 minutes. Then pour into a casserole and cook, filter the medicinal juice. Put the glutinous rice in a bowl and add water. Steam until cooked and then invert onto a plate. Cook the medicinal juice and sugar until thick, then pour it over the glutinous rice. Consume twice a day, twice a week.

Recipe 2: Dangshen and Spicy Stir-Fried Squid
Ingredients: 10g Dangshen, 150g fresh squid, green and red peppers as needed, scallion, ginger, salt, and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Soak the Dangshen first and then chop it finely. Cut the squid into thin strips and stir-fry until cooked. Cut the green and red peppers into strips. In another pan, sauté the scallion and ginger, add the chopped Dangshen, green pepper, red pepper, and squid, stir-fry evenly. Add salt and pepper for seasoning. Consume once a day, 1-2 times a week.

Instructions: Wash the pig's trotter and chop it into large pieces. Put it in a pot with Angelica, Dangshen, scallion, ginger, add enough water, salt, and cooking wine. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until the pig's trotter is cooked. Consume it with a meal, once every other day.

Ingredients: Dangshen, Angelica, white lotus seeds, astragalus, lily, coix seed, red dates, goji berries, 1 black chicken, a little salt.
Instructions: Blanch the black chicken in boiling water and set aside. Wash all the ingredients and soak them in water. Then put all the ingredients together with the black chicken in a soup pot and add an appropriate amount of water. Bring the soup to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Add some salt to taste.

Recipe 5: Dangshen and Red Date Tea
Ingredients: 20g Dangshen, 8 red dates, 3g green tea.
Instructions: Wash the red dates and remove the pits, then slice them. Rinse the Dangshen and green tea with warm water. Put the Dangshen, green tea, and red dates together in a pot and simmer. After boiling, simmer for 3 minutes and then drink.
Effects: Drinking Dangshen and red date tea together can tonify Qi, nourish blood, invigorate the spleen, and nourish the stomach. It is recommended to consume in moderation as long-term consumption may cause internal heat.
Recipe 6: Dangshen and Astragalus Porridge
Ingredients: 15g Dangshen, 30g astragalus, 30g Chinese yam, 100g glutinous rice, salt to taste.
Instructions: Boil the astragalus and Dangshen together in water for 40 minutes. While boiling the astragalus and Dangshen, you can wash the glutinous rice. After washing, soak it for 10 minutes. Then prepare the Chinese yam by cutting it into small pieces. After 40 minutes, remove the astragalus and Dangshen, let the water cool for a while, then add the Chinese yam and 100g of glutinous rice. Cook as usual to make porridge. Consume 1-2 times a week.
