Ingredients: 240g Tusizi, 120g Chinese wolfberry, 120g raspberry, 60g roasted Plantago seed, 30g Schisandra chinensis.
Method: Grind each of these five Chinese herbal medicines into powder separately, then mix them evenly. Take 15g to 30g of the powder each time and put it into a tea bag, then put it in a teapot.
