Efficacy
Nourishes the kidneys, astringes the essence, promotes blood circulation, stops sweating and bleeding, and treats malaria. It is used to treat night sweats, nocturnal emissions, vomiting blood, malaria, abdominal pain, and bleeding during pregnancy. It can also be used to treat iron-deficiency anemia in children.
Identification of Medicinal Materials
Dried, unripe fruit, rectangular or oval-shaped, 1.8-3 cm long, 1.5-2 cm in diameter, 0.9-1.5 cm thick, gradually pointed at the top, with a black beak-like tip, asymmetric base, and a few reddish-brown fruit stalks; yellowish-green surface with a network of wrinkled texture, covered with short soft hairs; inner fruit skin with protruding ventral sutures and indistinct dorsal sutures. Hard texture, when crushed, the inner fruit skin is thick and smooth, containing one seed. Slight odor and slightly sour taste. The best quality is dry, large, hard, and yellowish-green, but eating too much can cause internal heat.

1. "Lei Gong's Cannon Roasting Theory": Do not use dried peaches made from peach blossoms that did not fall from the tree in November. They are wonderful.
2. "Bielu": Peach Owl is the fruit that does not fall from the tree. Harvest it in January.

Grows on slopes, valley bottoms at altitudes of 800-1200m, or in sparse forests and shrubs in the wilderness.
Harvesting and Storage
Harvested from April to June. Pick unripe fruits and sun-dry them.
Related Prescriptions
①Treatment for continuous night sweats: one dried peach on the tree, two frost plums, seven onion roots, two stalks of incense, one qian of dried tangerine peel, a pinch of rice roots and barley malt. Boil in two cups of water and drink.
②Treatment for internal injury and vomiting blood: roasted dried peach (preserved nature), palm fiber ash, red orpiment, cinnabar, and inkstick. Grind into powder, take three qian before bed, drink with cold water, and urinate until the color gradually lightens.
③Treatment for malaria: twenty-seven dried peaches on the tree, one liang of black beans, and seven seeds of Semen Crotonis (peeled and depericarpated, remove all oil). Grind the three ingredients into fine powder, make pills the size of a paulownia seed, and coat with cinnabar. Take one pill each time, swallow with Jinghua water in the early morning.
