【Stewed Chicken with Longan】--Nourish Blood and Beautify Skin
Ingredients:
300g chicken, 50g longan, 10g goji berries, 50g fresh bamboo shoots, 100g baby bok choy, 2 eggs, 15g each of green onion and ginger.
Seasoning:
1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon chicken broth concentrate, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 50g vegetable oil.
Method:
1. Marinate the chicken with salt, cooking wine, and beaten eggs for a while.
2. Heat the oil in a wok, stir-fry the chicken until cooked. Add green onion, ginger, and bamboo shoots to stir-fry until fragrant. Add cooking wine, salt, sugar, chicken broth concentrate, and some water. Then add longan and goji berries. Transfer the mixture to an electric slow cooker and stew for 10 minutes. Finally, add baby bok choy and cook for another 5 minutes.
Tips:
Baby bok choy has a sweet taste and is similar in nutritional value to regular cabbage. It is rich in vitamins and trace elements such as selenium, with a high content of leafy green vegetables. It helps prevent colon cancer.
