Spinach Celery Porridge

Spinach...............250 grams
Celery...............250 grams
Polished rice...............100 grams

Preparation
1. Wash the spinach and celery, and cut them into 4 cm long pieces. Rinse the polished rice and set aside.
2. Put the polished rice into a pot and add 800 ml of water.
3. Place the pot on high heat and bring to a boil. Then simmer for 30 minutes. Add the celery and spinach, bring to a boil again, and cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
Tips
Before making the porridge, blanch the spinach in boiling water. This can remove the bitter taste and is beneficial for patients with kidney stones.
Usage
Can be consumed in the morning and evening. 3 times a week, for 3 months.
Precautions
Not suitable for those with diarrhea.
