【Jellyfish Cucumber Salad】
Ingredients: 300g jellyfish, 1 cucumber, salt, vinegar, sugar, sesame paste, coriander, garlic
Instructions:
(1) Purchase 300g of jellyfish from the supermarket
(2) Blanch the jellyfish in boiling water and then soak it in cold water
(3) Take 1 cucumber
(4) Cut the cucumber into thick strips
(5) Place the jellyfish on top of the cucumber strips, and sprinkle minced garlic on top of the jellyfish
(6) Cut coriander into small pieces and sprinkle it on top of the jellyfish. Mix salt with sesame paste and water, pour it on top of the coriander. Add sugar and vinegar, and mix well.
Cooking Tips:
High-quality jellyfish: It should have a natural color such as white, brownish yellow, or reddish amber, with a glossy appearance, intact shape, no tentacles, thick and elastic flesh, and a crispy texture.
