Medicinal Recipe 2: Ginger Angelica Lamb Pot
Ingredients: 30g ginger, 20g Angelica sinensis, 500g lamb, 2g chicken essence, 10ml cooking wine, 3g pepper powder, 50g carrot, 25g oil, 10g green onion, 4g salt, and 2g monosodium glutamate.
Instructions: Wash the ginger and Angelica sinensis, then slice them; fry the Angelica sinensis with cooking wine; chop the lamb into cubes; peel and wash the carrot, then cut it into segments; put the ginger, Angelica sinensis, lamb, green onion, pepper powder, and cooking wine into a stewing pot, add 2500ml of water, and bring to a boil over high heat.
