Seafood Noodles
Ingredients (1 serving, 1 portion)
Seaweed...........20g
Scallops..............20g
Kelp.............20g
Sesame oil.................30g
Flour..............100g
Salt...................2g
Green onion...............10g
Benefits
Softens phlegm, promotes diuresis, and lowers blood pressure. Suitable for hypertension and other conditions.
Preparation
1. Wash and soak the seaweed, scallops, and kelp, then cut them into small pieces and set aside.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add sesame oil, and heat until it is 60% hot. Add green onion and stir-fry, then add seaweed, scallops, and kelp and stir-fry evenly. Add 300ml of water and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes. Add salt and remove from heat.
3. Mix the flour with water to form a dough, roll it into thin sheets, and cut into noodles. Boil 1000ml of water in a pot over high heat, cook the noodles until done, then remove them and place them in a bowl. Top with the seafood mixture.
Serving
Can be consumed daily, both in the morning and evening. Consume 100g each time, and continue for 3 months.
Precautions
Not suitable for those with spleen and stomach deficiencies or dampness.
