A perennial or biennial herb, 20-70cm tall. The whole plant is densely covered with short and soft hairs.
The stem is erect and branches from the base. Leaves are opposite, with upper leaves sessile and lower leaves with short petioles; leaf blades are linear-lanceolate to lanceolate, 4.7cm long and 4-8mm wide, with acute apex and gradually narrowing base.
