Clinical manifestations of weak temper and functional uterine bleeding:

 [Longan Lotus Seed Porridge]

  Ingredients: 20g longan meat, 15g lotus seed meat, 6 red dates, 30g glutinous rice.

  Method: Remove the core from the red dates and put them in a pot with glutinous rice, longan meat, and lotus seed meat. Add an appropriate amount of water and boil on high heat, then simmer on low heat until cooked and tender. Add sugar to taste.

 [Squid Bone Stewed Chicken]

  Ingredients: 30g squid bone, 100g chicken meat.
