【Methods of using Yunshi Root】

2. For cold headaches and body aches: Take one liang (about 30 grams) of Yunshi root, or add a few shallots and cook with alcohol before consuming.
3. For snake bites: Take one liang of Yunshi root, one liang of bamboo leaf pepper leaves, and one liang of Wa'erteng root. Soak them in one jin (about 500 grams) of white wine for three to five days. Take five qian to one or two liang each time. Crush fresh Yunshi root bark, Litucao, and Banbianlian in appropriate amounts, and apply the paste externally.
4. For genital ulcers and rectal abscesses: Take a suitable amount of fresh Yunshi root bark, add a little white wine, crush it into a paste, and apply it externally. Change the dressing twice a day.
