【Instructions】
(1) Soak the tea tree mushrooms and dried mushrooms in warm water, remove and wash them, and reserve the soaked water.
(2) Peel off the outer layer of the bamboo shoots, remove the old roots, pat them with the back of a knife, and cut them into sections.
(3) Remove the head, tail, claws, and internal organs of the old duck, wash it, and cut it into large pieces. Pour water into a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, add the duck pieces and cook for 5 minutes. Once the surface changes color, remove the duck. Wash and cut the green onion into sections.
