Weak-Tempered Hyperlipidemia Clinical Manifestations:

Fatigue, shortness of breath, lethargy, dizziness, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, loose stools, yellowish complexion, pale tongue, thin and greasy coating, weak and feeble pulse.


[Mushroom Stir-Fried Vegetables]

Ingredients: 250g fresh mushrooms, 500g green vegetables.

Method: Wash and slice the green vegetables and mushrooms. Stir-fry them in a pan with oil, and season with salt and monosodium glutamate.

Ingredients: Adequate amount of soy milk, 50-100g glutinous rice.

Ingredients: 15g hawthorn, 3g lotus leaf, 5g rhubarb, 15g astragalus, 2 slices of ginger, 3g licorice.

Method: Boil the above ingredients together to make a decoction.

Ingredients: 10g orange peel, 15g lotus leaf, 3g fried hawthorn, 15g malt, adequate amount of white sugar.

Method: Cut the orange peel and lotus leaf into shreds. Cook them together with hawthorn and malt in 500ml of water for 30 minutes. Strain and keep the liquid, then add white sugar.
