【Peanut and Dried Tofu Salad】- Lower Blood Lipids
Ingredients
Some peanuts, some dried tofu.
Seasoning
1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 2/5 teaspoon salt, 500g vegetable oil (approximately 20g used).
Preparation
1. Wash the dried tofu, then cut into small cubes.
2. Remove the seeds from the green pepper, cut into small cubes, blanch in hot oil, and drain the oil.
3. Heat the oil, add the peanuts, fry until they turn reddish-brown, then remove and drain the oil.
4. Place the dried tofu cubes, fried peanuts, and blanched green pepper in a plate.
5. Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, and salt together, then pour over the ingredients in the plate.
Tips
The temperature of the oil for frying the peanuts should not be too high, otherwise they will easily burn.
