【Instructions】
Remove the old stems and yellow leaves from the Houttuynia cordata, wash it thoroughly. Peel the garlic and crush it into garlic paste with salt. Blanch the Houttuynia cordata in boiling water, then put it in a mixing bowl and let it cool. Add the garlic paste, soy sauce, and sesame oil, mix well and it is ready to be served.
