[Effects and Functions of Zhuye Shen]
Zhuye Shen has the effects of clearing heat, detoxifying, and promoting blood circulation. It is used to treat high fever that does not subside, exhaustion with bone steaming and hot flashes, rheumatism, joint and lower back pain, dysmenorrhea, excessive menstrual bleeding, abscesses, boils, bruises, and fractures.
"Shaanxi Chinese Medicinal Herbs": "Nourishes yin, supplements deficiency, dispels wind and dampness, activates collaterals, and relieves pain. It is used to treat exhaustion, bone steaming and hot flashes, pulmonary tuberculosis, palpitations, shortness of breath, rheumatic lower back and leg pain, and sciatica."
"Yunnan Chinese Medicinal Herbs": "Promotes bone healing, stops bleeding, reduces inflammation, and relieves pain. It dispels wind and eliminates dampness."
"Jiangxi Chinese Medicinal Herbs": "Dispels wind and heat, relaxes tendons, and promotes blood circulation."
[Methods of Consuming Zhuye Shen]
Ingredients: White ginseng, Zhuye Shen (3-5 grams), Danggui (20 grams), Huangqi (20 grams), Dangshen (20 grams), Huaishan (20 grams), Baihe (20 grams), Hongzao (10 grams), Gouqi (10 grams), 2 slices of ginger.
Instructions:
1. Remove the internal organs and head and tail of the black chicken and wash it.
2. Wash all the herbs and soak them in a small amount of water for a while.
3. Put the black chicken into the soup pot and pour in enough water. Heat over high heat and skim off the foam.
4. Pour the soaked herbs and water into the pot. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Add salt to taste before serving.
Effects: This herbal chicken can treat rheumatic joint pain, dysmenorrhea, excessive menstrual bleeding, and pulmonary tuberculosis.
[Combination Applications of Zhuye Shen]
1. Treatment for numbness in hands and feet: 60 grams of shanzhuhua root and 1 egg. Stew with water and eat the egg with the soup.
2. Treatment for rheumatic pain: 18 grams of shanzhuhua root, 15 grams of honghaier root, and 9 grams each of qiancao root, daxueteng root, and huci root. Soak in 500ml of white wine for 7 days. Take 15-60ml each time, once in the morning and evening.
