  【Ingredients】

  1. 12-16 dried Matsutake Mushrooms, 10-12g dried Bamboo Fungus, 5 red dates, 30g dried Longan, 1 free-range chicken (about 2 pounds), 250g lean meat, a few slices of ginger.

  2. Rinse the dried Matsutake Mushrooms and soak them in warm water beforehand; wash the Bamboo Fungus and dried Longan; remove the pits from the red dates; slaughter and wash the free-range chicken and remove the skin; cut the lean meat into thumb-sized pieces.
