【Lotus Seed and Fox Nut Congee】- Relieve Stress, Prevent Insomnia
Ingredients:
100g glutinous rice, 50g lotus seeds, 50g fox nuts.
Seasoning:
Some rock sugar.
Instructions:
1. Wash the glutinous rice and fox nuts, soak the glutinous rice in cold water for 2-3 hours, remove and drain.
2. Wash the lotus seeds, soak them in cold water until softened, and remove the lotus hearts.
3. In a pot, add water, lotus seeds, fox nuts, and glutinous rice. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until it becomes congee. Finally, add rock sugar and boil for a moment.
