2 liang of Ze Lan, 2 liang of Fang Feng, 2 liang of Shu Jiao (remove closed eyes and sweat), 2 liang of Shi Gao (powder), 2 liang of Fu Zi (fried), 2 liang of Gan Jiang, 2 liang of Xi Xin, 2 liang of Xin Yi (remove hair), 3 fen of Chuan Xiong, 3 fen of Dang Gui (fried), and 4 fen of Gan Cao (roasted).

Nourishes the body internally.
Used for treating gold sores.
[Dosage]
Take one small spoonful per dose, dissolve it in warm wine, and take it three times a day.
[Functions of Ze Lan]
① For treating scanty menstruation gradually becoming obstructed, with pain in the bones and flesh of the hands and feet, emaciation, and gradual onset of hot flashes, with a weak and frequent pulse: Take three liang of Ze Lan leaves, one liang each of Dang Gui and Bai Shao Yao, and half a liang of Gan Cao. Grind them into coarse powder. Take five qian per dose, boil in two cups of water until reduced to one cup, remove the residue, and take it warm without regard to timing. ② For treating abdominal pain due to menstrual blockage: Take three qian each of Ze Lan and Tie Ci Ling, five qian each of Ma Bian Cao and Yi Mu Cao, and one qian of Tu Niu Xi. Decoct them together and take it orally. ("Zhejiang Folk Herbal Medicine")
③ For treating postpartum edema and blood deficiency with swelling: Grind equal amounts of Ze Lan and Fang Ji into powder. Take two qian per dose and take it with sour soup. ("Sui Shen Bei Ji Fang")
④ For treating postpartum inversion of yin, dry and hot sensation in the postpartum vagina, leading to inversion of the yin: Take four liang of Ze Lan, decoct it and use the decoction to wash the vagina two to three times, then use alum to wash it again. ("Bin Hu Ji Jian Fang")
