  150g fresh purslane, 150g mung bean sprouts, 6g sugar, 10g vinegar, 5g soy sauce, 15g sesame oil.

  1. Remove the old leaves from the purslane, wash it with clean water, and drain the water; remove the roots and wash the mung bean sprouts.

  2. Blanch the purslane and mung bean sprouts separately in boiling water, remove them, drain the water, and prepare the seasoning sauce with sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil.

  3. Mix the purslane and mung bean sprouts evenly, pour in the seasoning sauce, and mix well.
