Tian Ma Gou Teng Yin is a formula used to treat liver yang hyperactivity and liver wind disturbance. Symptoms include headache, dizziness, and insomnia. The tongue is red with a yellow coating, and the pulse is wiry. Tian Ma Gou Teng Yin is often used for treating hypertension caused by liver yang hyperactivity.
