Stir-Fried Shrimp with Garlic Chives
Ingredients (serves 3, single serving)
Garlic chives.............100g
Shrimp....................100g
Ginger....................5g
Scallions................10g
Salt.........................3g
Vegetable oil.............50g

Tonifies kidney yang and nourishes qi and blood. Suitable for conditions such as kidney yang deficiency in hypertensive patients, etc.
Preparation
1. Wash the garlic chives and cut them into 4cm long pieces. Remove the heads and shells from the shrimp, as well as the sand veins, and cut them into 3cm long pieces.
2. Heat a wok over high heat, add vegetable oil, and heat until it reaches 60% heat. Add scallions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the shrimp pieces and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add salt. Immediately add the garlic chives and stir-fry until just cooked.
Serving
Serve with meals, 3 times a week, for a duration of 3 months.
Contraindications
Not suitable for those with yin deficiency and excessive fire.
