[The cultivation of Tianpengcao]
Tianpengcao prefers relatively stable, still water with a depth of 0.3-1.2 meters. It cannot flower when the water depth is 1.5 meters. During the growing season, if the soil is moist, it will not cause death, but the growth will slow down. If the soil cracks for 3-5 days, the leaves will wither and the growth will stagnate. If the drought continues, it will lead to death.
It prefers heat, with the most suitable growth temperature being 20-30°C. The temperature during growth should be above 15°C, and growth will stagnate below 15°C. It is tolerant to high temperatures, and growth is not affected when the temperature reaches 41°C.
It prefers light and is not tolerant to shade. It grows and develops quickly under strong light and flowers early. If the sunlight is less than 5 hours, it often only grows leaves without flowering.
It does not have strict requirements for soil, but it is suitable for fertile clay soil rich in organic matter. It grows in fields, stream banks, or moist areas.
