Clears heat and detoxifies; promotes diuresis and relieves stranguria. It is mainly used for colds with fever; lung heat with cough; damp-heat diarrhea; dysentery; turbid stranguria; abnormal vaginal discharge; breast abscess; scrofula; carbuncle and furuncle; burns; snake bites.
