【Ingredients】
Main ingredients: 1500g chicken,
Auxiliary ingredients: 50g Polygonatum Rhizome, 50g Goji Berry, 50g Ligustrum Seed, 50g Polygonum Multiflorum, 50g Eclipta Prostrata,
Seasoning: 5g spring onion, 10g ginger, 15g yellow wine, 5g salt, 2g monosodium glutamate
【Instructions】
1. Wash Polygonatum Rhizome, Goji Berry, Ligustrum Seed, Polygonum Multiflorum, and Eclipta Prostrata, and chop them. Put them in a gauze bag and seal it;
2. Slaughter the chicken and remove the feathers and internal organs;
3. Blanch the chicken in boiling water to remove blood and impurities;
4. Cut the spring onion into sections and slice the ginger;
5. Put 3000ml of water in a pot, add the herbal bag, and simmer over low heat for 1 hour;
6. Add the chicken to the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and then simmer over low heat for 3 hours. Each part of the chicken should be simmered in the herbal broth for at least 1 hour;
