Gastric diseases are often caused by irregular diet. As our lives become increasingly busy, skipping a meal is not considered a big deal. Gastric disease has become a "urban disease" in contemporary society. It is truly a painful experience to suffer from gastric disease. So what should we eat if we have gastric disease?
1. Apple, goji berry and millet porridge
Ingredients: 1 apple, 50g millet, brown sugar, goji berries
Instructions:
(1) Rinse the millet with water and peel and cut the apple into pieces.
(2) Put the millet and apple into a pot with water and bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
(3) Add goji berries and brown sugar and continue to simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
2. Perilla stewed chicken
Ingredients: 1 three-yellow chicken, 50g red dates, 50g perilla leaves, ginger, salt, bay leaves, chili, star anise
Instructions:
(1) Wash the three-yellow chicken.
(2) Boil water in a pot and blanch the three-yellow chicken to remove any odor.
(3) Add water and the three-yellow chicken to a rice cooker. Add perilla leaves.
(4) Slice the ginger and prepare the bay leaves, chili, and star anise.
(5) Add the seasonings and red dates to the rice cooker.
(6) Cook in the rice cooker for 40 minutes.
3. Tomato and egg noodles
Ingredients: 1 tomato, 1 egg, 100g noodles, oil, salt
Instructions:
(1) Wash the tomato and cut into chunks. Beat the egg with a little salt.
(2) Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the tomato until it releases red juice.
(3) Add water and salt to the pan and bring to a boil.
(4) Cook the noodles in the boiling water and pour in the beaten egg. Stir with chopsticks to create egg flower.
4. Red date and lily steamed pumpkin
Ingredients: 300g pumpkin, 100g purple sweet potato, 60g lily, 15g rock sugar, red dates
Instructions:
(1) Wash the lily and red dates and soak them.
(2) Remove the seeds from the pumpkin and peel and slice the purple sweet potato. Arrange them in a plate with the red dates and lily.
(3) Blanch the lily in boiling water for 10 seconds and transfer to the plate.
(4) Sprinkle rock sugar on top of the pumpkin. Boil water in a pot and steam the plate on high heat for 15-20 minutes.
