Introduction to Pulmonaria Mollis
Origin: Pulmonaria mollis is the whole plant of the Boraginaceae plant Pulmonaria angustifolia.
Collection: It is collected in summer and autumn, washed and dried.
Distribution: It grows on mountain slopes, forest edges, under forests, or on grassy slopes. It is distributed in Yunnan, Sichuan, Hunan, Hubei, Shaanxi, Henan, and other places.
Efficacy: Pulmonaria mollis has the effects of clearing heat and moisturizing the lungs, reducing swelling, and relieving pain. It is mainly used to treat tuberculosis, parotitis, lymphadenitis, laryngitis, leucorrhea, hot toxic sores, and bruises.
Usage: It can be taken orally as a decoction, 3-5 qian (about 9-15 grams), or ground into powder for external application.
Take 50 grams of fresh leaves and tender tips of Pulmonaria mollis, chop them with a knife, add one egg and mix well, add a little salt, fry in vegetable oil in a pan, and consume after removing from the pan. It can treat cough.
Traditional Chinese Medicine Remedies with Pulmonaria Mollis
