Medicated Diet 1: Lingzhi Clear Nourishing Soup
Ingredients: 15g Lingzhi, 23g red dates, 23g Codonopsis pilosula, 24g goji berries, 15g Ginseng roots, 300g pork ribs, salt as needed.
Instructions: Soak the Lingzhi and other medicinal ingredients in 6000ml of water for about 10 minutes (use a cloth bag and tie it up), then add the ribs and simmer over low heat for 3 hours. Remove the cloth bag, add salt to taste, and consume 250-300ml of soup with meat once a day.
Effects: Moisturizes and revitalizes, invigorates the spleen and opens the appetite.
Medicated Diet 2: Lingzhi Black and White Fungus Soup
Ingredients: Lingzhi, black and white fungus, honey dates, lean pork.
Instructions: Wash the Lingzhi, black and white fungus, and honey dates. Cut the lean pork into small pieces. Put all the ingredients into a clean pot and add an appropriate amount of water. Simmer for a while.
Effects: Effectively nourishes the body, nourishes the brain, prevents cancer, lowers blood pressure, and prevents various chronic diseases.
Medicated Diet 3: Lingzhi and Jujube Soup
Ingredients: 15-20g Lingzhi, 50g jujubes, 5g honey.

Medicated Diet 4: Lingzhi, Goji Berry, and Jujube Pigeon Soup
Ingredients: Lingzhi, goji berries, jujubes, pigeon, ginger slices.

Instructions: Wrap Lingzhi and astragalus in a gauze bag, tie it up. Wash the pork tendon and cook it with Lingzhi, astragalus, and water until tender. Remove the bag, season with condiments, and consume the soup and meat.
Effects: Invigorates the spleen and calms the mind, nourishes the kidney and liver. Suitable for chronic hepatitis, loss of appetite, physical weakness, and neurasthenia.
Medicated Diet 6: Lingzhi, Tangerine Peel, and Old Duck Soup
Ingredients: 50g Lingzhi, 1 tangerine peel, 1 old duck, 2 honey dates.
Instructions: Clean the old duck, remove feathers, internal organs, and tail, cut it into large pieces. Wash the Lingzhi, tangerine peel, and honey dates. Put all the ingredients into a pot of boiling water, simmer over medium heat for about three hours. Season with a little salt and serve.
