Health Benefits of Eating Ginkgo Nuts with Other Foods

  1. Stewed Black Chicken with Ginkgo Nuts

  Ingredients: 300g black chicken meat, 10g ginkgo nuts, 5g wolfberries, 3g salt, 2g ginger

  Directions:

  1. Wash and cut the black chicken meat into pieces. Wash and drain the ginkgo nuts and wolfberries separately. Wash and slice the ginger.

  2. Put the black chicken, ginkgo nuts, wolfberries, and ginger slices into a pot. Add an appropriate amount of water and mix with salt.

  Ingredients: 400g Shanghai green, 100g ginkgo nuts, 3g salt, 3g chicken essence, water starch as needed

  Directions:

  1. Wash the Shanghai green and cut in half. Wash the ginkgo nuts and blanch them in boiling water, then drain and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a frying pan, add the Shanghai green and stir-fry briefly, then add the ginkgo nuts and continue stir-frying.
