Fresh rice 60g, edamame beans 30g, corn kernels 30g, 1 egg.

Black sesame seeds, salt, vinegar, and sesame oil, as needed.
【Instructions for Making Healthy Rice Balls】
1. Boil the edamame beans and egg in a pot with a little salt for 10 minutes after boiling.
2. Boil the corn kernels in another pot with water until cooked.
3. Clean the impurities from the black sesame seeds and fry them in a dry pan until fragrant. Set aside.
4. Peel the egg and separate the egg white and yolk.
5. Finely chop the egg white and yolk separately.
6. Squeeze the cooked edamame beans out of their pods and add them, along with the corn kernels, chopped egg white, chopped egg yolk, and black sesame seeds, to the rice.
7. Add salt, vinegar, and sesame oil to taste.
8. Mix the rice well with chopsticks.
9. Place a piece of plastic wrap on your left hand and scoop a spoonful of rice onto the plastic wrap with your right hand.
10. Wrap the plastic wrap tightly and shape the rice ball into a round shape. Unwrap and repeat with the remaining rice to make more rice balls.
