[Modified Huangqi Porridge]
Ingredients: 30g Astragalus root, 30g Coix seed, 15g Adzuki bean, 9g Chicken gizzard, 2 Gold orange cakes, 30g Glutinous rice.
Method: Cook Astragalus root in water for 20 minutes, remove the residue, then add Coix seed and Adzuki bean and cook for another 30 minutes. Finally, add Chicken gizzard and Glutinous rice and cook into porridge.
Effects: Tonify Qi, strengthen the spleen, promote diuresis, and reduce edema.
Usage: Take 1 dose daily, divided into 2 servings. Eat 1 Gold orange cake after each serving. Take continuously for 2-3 months.
[Green Duck Soup]
Ingredients: 1 Green-headed duck, 1 Fructus Amomi, 250g Adzuki bean.
Method: Clean the Green-headed duck, stuff it with Adzuki bean and Fructus Amomi, put the duck in a pot, add water, and stew until the duck is cooked.
Effects: Strengthen the spleen, stimulate appetite, promote diuresis, and reduce edema.
Usage: Take 2 times daily, on an empty stomach.
[Qi-baked Fish]
Ingredients: 10g Astragalus root, 6g Codonopsis pilosula, 1 live Carp (about 750g), 15g dried Shiitake mushroom, 15g sliced winter bamboo shoots.
Method: Clean the Carp and make cross cuts on the fish. Cut Astragalus root and Codonopsis pilosula into thick slices. Heat peanut oil in a pan until 60% hot, add the Carp and fry until golden brown, then remove the oil. In the same pan, add lard and white sugar, stir-fry until dark red, then add the fried Carp, Astragalus root, and Codonopsis pilosula, and add water. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat until the soup thickens. Remove the fish and place it in a bowl, remove the Astragalus root and Codonopsis pilosula, then add bamboo shoots, Shiitake mushroom, green onions, ginger, garlic to the soup, season with monosodium glutamate, bring to a boil, skim off the oil foam, thicken, drizzle with lard, and pour over the fish.

Ingredients: 30-60g Corn silk, 5g Pine Pollen Tea.
