Preparation
1. Wash and slice the ginseng; wash and remove the core of the hawthorn, then slice; rinse the black rice.
2. Put the black rice in a pot, add the hawthorn, ginseng, and 500ml of water.
3. Place the pot over high heat and bring to a boil, then simmer for 50 minutes.
Consumption
Can be consumed in the morning and evening, 3 times a week, for 3 months.
Contraindications
Ginseng should be avoided by those with excessive heat, qi stagnation, or excessive anger. Hawthorn should be avoided by those with weak spleen and stomach.
