1. Stir-Fried Loofah with Lychee
Ingredients:
Loofah (1 piece), Lychee (14 pieces), Tomato (1 piece), 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Peel and core the lychee. Peel the loofah and tomato, and cut them into small cubes.
2. Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan, add the loofah and stir-fry until slightly soft.
3. Then add the tomato cubes and stir-fry with a pinch of salt.

Ingredients:
3 eggs, 1 bunch of shimeji mushrooms, half a carrot, salt, scallions, pepper, vegetable oil
Instructions:

Ingredients:
2 eggs, 1 plate of clams, cooking wine, light soy sauce, olive oil
Instructions:
1. Beat the eggs in a container, add a little olive oil, cooking wine, and water, and mix well.
2. Blanch the clams in boiling water until they open their shells, then remove them from the water.
3. Arrange the blanched clams on a plate. Pour the beaten egg mixture into the plate with clams.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit for a minute.
5. Steam over high heat for seven minutes, then remove from heat. It's best to sprinkle a little light soy sauce for seasoning.
