Morphology:
Biluozi is a tall tree that can reach up to 7 meters in height. The buds, young branches, back of the leaves, and inflorescences are all covered with long hairs. The leaves are alternate; leaf stalks are 1.5-4cm long; leaf blades are inverted lanceolate or narrow obovate, 8-25cm long, 2.5-4.5cm wide, gradually pointed or tapering, gradually narrowing at the base, entire or with several pointed serrations above the middle, and covered with rust-colored soft hairs on the back; 9-18 lateral veins on each side; leathery.
