1. Tianma Shengdi Wine

15g Tianma, 15g Shengdi, 30g Niuzhenzi, 30g Goji berries, 15g black sesame seeds, 50g rock sugar, 1000g white wine.

Crush the first 5 ingredients and place them in a cloth bag. Put the bag in a container. Add white wine, seal the container, and simmer over low heat until boiling. Remove from heat and let it cool. Take it orally before meals. Take 10-20ml each time, 3 times a day.

2. Tianma Stewed Pig Brain

10g Tianma, 1 pig brain.

Wash the pig brain first, steam the Tianma and slice it, then put them together in a stewing pot and stew them over water.

This dish has the functions of dispelling wind, opening the orifices, promoting blood circulation, nourishing and calming the mind. It is suitable for treating conditions such as hypertension, arteriosclerosis, neurasthenia, and sequelae of cerebrovascular accidents. Take it twice a week, and regular consumption is also effective.
