1. Tianma Shengdi Wine
15g Tianma, 15g Shengdi, 30g Niuzhenzi, 30g Goji berries, 15g black sesame seeds, 50g rock sugar, 1000g white wine.
Crush the first 5 ingredients and place them in a cloth bag. Put the bag in a container. Add white wine, seal the container, and simmer over low heat until boiling. Remove from heat and let it cool. 2. Tianma Stewed Pig Brain
10g Tianma, 1 pig brain.
Wash the pig brain first, steam the Tianma and slice it, then put them together in a stewing pot and stew them over water.
