【Usage and Taboos】
This medicinal diet is cold in nature and is not suitable for people with Yin deficiency and internal cold constitution. It is also advisable to avoid eating greasy foods.
【Ingredients】
50g Ophiopogon japonicus, 100g Tremella fuciformis, 400g winter melon, 200g carrot, 300g mustard greens, appropriate amount of salt, sugar, broth, ginger juice, and monosodium glutamate.
【Preparation】
1. Boil Ophiopogon japonicus in water twice, remove the residue, and use the medicinal juice to soak the Tremella fuciformis, then break it into small pieces.
2. Peel and core the winter melon, cut it into strips, cook it in broth until soft, and then place it on a plate. Put the Tremella fuciformis into the broth, add salt, sugar, and monosodium glutamate, and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove and place on a plate.
3. Wash the carrot and cook until tender, then mash it with salt, ginger juice, and monosodium glutamate, and pour it on top of the winter melon and Tremella fuciformis. Wash the mustard greens and cut them into sections, blanch them, and then place them on a plate.
