  Main ingredients: Sea urchin, Rice

 

  Seasonings: Salt, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, a little ginger, basil, 1 teaspoon of white pepper


       

 

【Instructions for Sea Urchin Congee】

 

  1. Prepare the ingredients.

 

  2. Add 3-4 times water to the leftover rice, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 15 minutes. In the meantime, remove the sea urchin roe and set aside.

 

  3. Add the sea urchin to the thickened congee and stir gently to avoid breaking it apart. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
