Ganji is a condition caused by malnutrition, post-illness imbalance, chronic diarrhea, intestinal parasites, and other chronic diseases. Most affected children experience loss of appetite, weakness, poor appetite, thirst, and irritability. Ya Li Shan Zha Congee.

[Ingredients]

25g ya li (Chinese pear) and 25g shan zha (hawthorn), 100g rice.

[Preparation]

Cut ya li and shan zha into small pieces and remove the cores. Boil them in an appropriate amount of water until they become a jam-like consistency. When the rice is cooked into a porridge, add the ya li and shan zha jam and mix in rock sugar. Cook until soft and ready to eat.
