 It prefers dampness, and wild Baoducao can be found in various parts of the north, mostly growing near the water in swamps and along wet ditches.

 Nowadays, it is planted on the slopes of ditches in parks, and its vibrant color is very attractive. You can see patches of Baoducao from a distance.

 Functions: Detoxification and anti-itch. It is used to treat wind-heat toxins and skin itching.

 Usage: Take 3-5 qian (Chinese measurement) of the rhizome, decoct in water and drink. Also, boil an appropriate amount of the whole plant and use the decoction for washing.
