【Instructions】
Boil the lotus leaf in boiling water for 3 minutes, remove and drain the water, then cut into pieces. Rinse the fresh bamboo leaf heart with clean water. Put the fried rice noodles in a container, add salt, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine and a little water, mix well, then put in the pork ribs, dip the ribs in the rice noodles, and coat evenly. Spread the lotus leaf on the cutting board, place a section of rice noodle-coated ribs and an appropriate amount of fresh bamboo leaf heart on each lotus leaf, then wrap tightly with a string, put in a steaming dish, add an appropriate amount of boiling water to the pot, place the steaming dish in the steamer, steam over high heat until the meat is thoroughly cooked.

【Precautions】
