Ingredients: 5g Buddha's Hand, 5g prepared Atractylodes, 2 pears.
Preparation: Grind the Buddha's Hand and prepared Atractylodes into powder. Peel the pears, cut them in half, remove the core, and fill each half with the powdered herbs. Place them in a bowl, steam for 10 minutes, and they are ready to eat.

【Onion-cooked Pomelo Peel】
Ingredients: 1 fresh pomelo peel, 2 spring onions, peanut oil, salt.
