  Ingredients

  

  50g pork ribs, 50g pumpkin, 6 red dates.

  
         

 

  Seasoning

  

  3 slices ginger, cooking wine, salt to taste.

  

  Instructions

  

  1. Peel and cut the pumpkin into pieces. Wash the pork ribs and blanch them in boiling water.

  

  2. In a clay pot, add an appropriate amount of water. When the water boils, add the pork ribs, pumpkin, red dates, ginger slices, and cooking wine. Simmer over low heat for 1-2 hours.

  

  3. Add salt to taste before serving.
