Anemia refers to a pathological state in which the number of red blood cells and the amount of hemoglobin per unit volume of blood are lower than normal. The most common type is iron-deficiency anemia, which is often caused by malnutrition, chronic small-scale bleeding, or sudden large-scale bleeding. However, with proper care and attention, anemia can be cured, and one of the most effective methods for treating anemia is through dietary therapy. Below, we recommend three dietary treatments for anemia to alleviate symptoms such as dizziness and vertigo caused by anemia.
