January 8, 2024

Anemia refers to a pathological state in which the number of red blood cells and the amount of hemoglobin per unit volume of blood are lower than normal. The most common type is iron-deficiency anemia, which is often caused by malnutrition, chronic small-scale bleeding, or sudden large-scale bleeding. However, with proper care and attention, anemia can be cured, and one of the most effective methods for treating anemia is through dietary therapy.
