Golden Chrysanthemum Pig Brain Soup

Pig brain...............2
Chrysanthemum...............10g
Cooking wine...............10g
Ginger...............5g
Spring onion...............5g

Benefits
Relieves wind, clears heat, nourishes the liver and improves eyesight, nourishes the brain and lowers blood pressure. Suitable for conditions such as hypertension with wind-phlegm upward disturbance.
Instructions
I. Wash the chrysanthemum flowers; clean the pig brains and remove the red tendons; shred the ginger, cut the spring onion into sections, and slice the garlic.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the ginger, spring onion, and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the chicken broth and chrysanthemum flowers and bring to a boil. Then add the pig brains, salt, and cooking wine, and it's ready to serve.
Instructions
Consume with meals, 3 times a week, for a continuous period of 2 months.
Precautions
Not suitable for those with weak Qi and cold stomach, and those with poor appetite and diarrhea.
